West Brom have entered the race to sign attacker Eberechi Eze from QPR, a report from The Guardian has claimed.
Eze enjoyed a hugely impressive campaign for Rangers in the season just gone, finding the net on 14 occasions himself, and providing eight assists for his teammates, which has not surprisingly led to plenty of attention from the Premier League.
According to the latest reports, the Baggies, have been joined by Crystal Palace, West Ham, Newcastle and local rivals Aston Villa in taking an interest in the 22-year-old.
It seems however, as though Eze will not come cheap, with QPR reportedly set to demand £20million for the attacker, which would make this a club-record transfer for West Brom if they pull it off.
But despite that expense, plenty of West Brom fans still appeared excited by the prospect of seeing Eze at The Hawthorns next season, as they took to Twitter to react to those reports.
Here, we take a look at what some of those Baggies supporters had to say about this potential deal.
If we can’t get diangana I would love this guy. Realistically can we get either? Well one thing we can offer is first team football in prem – either would walk into our team. But the question is can we afford either

Good player tbh, has shown he is consistent with qpr, does he warrant a value of 20m in today’s market though? I think he’s worth more tbf

Worth every penny. Him sawyers, pierrera and Livermore as our alternating middle 4 would be brilliant given time

We won’t get Diangana as Moyes wants to build a new young West Ham side, so lets be pragmatic and go for the super talented Eze.

Guaranteed profit on the lad in the future, gets bums on seats. Speculate to accumulate

Would love to see this guy sign. I can only see diangana coming back on loan if anything🤞🏻

For the same price as Grady? More versatile and imo a better player in general? Snap there hands off
