Tuesday night was ultimately a disappointment for West Brom as they crashed out of the FA Cup by the hands of Newcastle United, but one man stole the show for the Baggies in a much-needed performance.

Kyle Edwards was one of the Albion’s best players on the night as the West Brom academy graduate was a constant threat to the Magpies defence with the 21-year-old showing off his flair and agility that has made the West Brom ace. a fan favourite at the Hawthorns and one where a number of supporters are expecting big things in the future.

Kyle and Rekeem showed last night what being a young Baggies player is all about. So great to see these lads enjoying their football, against a good team in a great competition. I do think Kyle will be important as we close out the season, I would start him at home in the league!
