A draw to Swansea City might have surrendered top spot in the Championship to Leeds United, but another result in the division might have gifted West Brom an easy run to Premier League promotion.
So there’s 27 points to play for. How many points do you think we need to guarantee promotion? I’ll say 14#WBA

Fulham’s 1-1 draw with Bristol City has ensured that Slaven Bilic’s side remain six points ahead of the west London club, and with the Cottagers set to embark on a torrid run of fixtures heading into the final few weeks of the Championship season, West Brom might not need to win as many games as first thought to secure a top-two spot.
How many wins will we get on this month?
One/Two
Three
Four
Full house! All five
And this fact has got plenty of West Brom fans on social media confident that the Baggies will be able to do enough in the remaining nine games of the season to claim promotion back up into the Premier League after two years away from the English top-flight, with tons of supporters hopeful that Fulham will slip up in their leftover fixtures.
Here’s what plenty of West Brom fans had to say on Twitter about their remaining fixtures…
2 points a game takes Fulham to 82 points and we have a marginally better goal difference. They also have a very tough run in. I think 12 points could be enough if we avoid defeat against Fulham.

I said win 5 out of 10 before this weekend but with fulham dropping points on friday, i think 4 wins and a couple of draws would be enough

As many as possible tbh, need to beat Fulham imo and probably wont need as many

10. Can’t see Fulham picking up 17 Pts from 9 games with their run. Less than 10 if we beat Fulham.

If we win against fulham then 11 at the least

Honestly I think 12 points, Fulham have us, Leeds, Brentford, a local derby against qpr, Forrest and blues who are in decent form and always do well against Fulham, honestly think 4 wins

The Baggies will be aiming to finish the season in top spot, though, with Leeds currently a point ahead of West Brom in the standings.
