Baggies Word On The Tweet

‘Not possible without you’ – Plenty of West Brom fans respond as player savours promotion

Wednesday night is not one that anybody associated with West Bromwich Albion is going to forget for a long time.

After a season where automatic promotion had seemed certain for so much of the campaign, a nervous final day of the season eventually saw the Baggies secure promotion with a 2-2 draw with QPR, with neither Brentford nor Fulham able to get the win they needed to take advantage of those points dropped by the Baggies.

But with promotion confirmed, the players and staff at the club were finally able to celebrate their return to the Premier League, and one player who was quick to get in on the act was Grady Diangana.

The on-loan West Ham man, who has enjoyed an outstanding season at The Hawthorns, was one of those who took to Twitter to express his delight at helping the Baggies secure their place back in the Premier League after two years away.

Responding to that post, plenty of West Brom fans were not surprisingly keen to pay tribute to the attacker for his contributions this season, with many also expressing their desire to see him back in the club’s shirt again next season.

Here, we take a look at what some of those supporters had to say with their messages to Diangana.
