Following relegation back to the Championship for West Bromwich Albion, we continue our rebuild this summer with hopes that we will only be at this level for the next 12 months.

With the announcement of the EFL fixtures a short time ago this morning, Baggies fans now know we open head coach Darren Moore’s first real season in charge at The Hawthorns and we host Bolton Wanderers.

With fans hoping to face local rivals Aston Villa on opening day, we have to wait until December for that game. We host them on home soil on Saturday, December 8 with the return leg taking place at Villa Park on Saturday, February 16.

Games against Birmingham City are set for St Andrew’s on September 15 and home on March 30.

With Stoke City joining us in dropping from the Premier League, we face them in the first game of September at The Hawthorns, with the second tie coming on February 9.

Plenty of other games will no doubt take their own attention from fans.
