West Brom’s draw against Charlton Athletic on the weekend wasn’t the best result in the world, and for a lot of the fans, it will feel like two points have been lost. However, with Leeds losing it could also be viewed as one point gained rather than two lost.

That won’t be how Slaven Bilic viewed the game, though. The Croatian was very clear in his comments after the game and his frustration was there for all to see. Regardless of that, the fans have all got their opinions, and a lot of them have the same views.

The fans believe that whilst they’re doing really well at one end of the pitch scoring goals, at the other end the issues are obvious. Many of them want to see some signings come in, yet others just want to see some more rotation, with the likes of Ahmed Hegazi and Jonathan Bond being called upon by supporters.

Do West Brom need to spend in January?

The fans are keen to see their side tighten up at the back, but for now, they’ll have to get by with whatever Bilic can do.

  • Bond is a decent keeper and has never let us down BUT Sam is our No 1 and deserves to be by a country mile. Comparisons with Foster are some what unrealistic. Ben is a cut above most English Keepers in the last 20 years.
Sam is very good and he will get better. Leave him alone fools.
