West Brom’s draw against Charlton Athletic on the weekend wasn’t the best result in the world, and for a lot of the fans, it will feel like two points have been lost. However, with Leeds losing it could also be viewed as one point gained rather than two lost.
“We were the ones pushing for the next goal and we had many, many chances, particularly at 2-1, to score the third. That was disappointing.”

That won’t be how Slaven Bilic viewed the game, though. The Croatian was very clear in his comments after the game and his frustration was there for all to see. Regardless of that, the fans have all got their opinions, and a lot of them have the same views.
The fans believe that whilst they’re doing really well at one end of the pitch scoring goals, at the other end the issues are obvious. Many of them want to see some signings come in, yet others just want to see some more rotation, with the likes of Ahmed Hegazi and Jonathan Bond being called upon by supporters.
Do West Brom need to spend in January?
Yes, the squad needs that extra something
No, we're sorted for now

Board need to back him this month.
Beyond strongest starting XI is mediocre.

Slav’s right, he needs to get that defense organised and switched on.
They got better when @chazaustin10 & Diagana came on, but only because the attacking pressure kept the ball away from our end.
Just a few tweaks required to get few more clean sheets @WBA

It’s the risk the manager takes. In past games he’s tried to close the game down and that’s failed too. The fault is with the players for the one though. They thought the were going to walk it.

Need to get a grip of them Slav. We won’t stay in Premier Leauge long if we can’t kill off the opposition of this calibre

Time to give Bond and Hegazi a go me thinks.

We need a defense. Giving away a goal a game today 2 from set piece and crosses is not good enough. Time to buy good defenders?

The fans are keen to see their side tighten up at the back, but for now, they’ll have to get by with whatever Bilic can do.
