West Brom Reportedly Tracking Versatile League Two Full Back

|

It’s been suggested this week that West Bromwich Albion are keeping tabs on former Watford and now Crawley Town versatile full back David Sesay.

The 20-year-old came through Watford’s youth ranks and he signed a two year deal with Crawley at the Broadfield Stadium last summer, notching up 13 appearances already for them, and apparently he’s comfortable on either side of the defence.

According to a report from the Sun this week, his performances at League Two level have already attracted a fair bit of interest from a number of Championship clubs who believe he can suitably make the step up and with only 12 months left on his deal come the summer, they believe that an offer in the region of £350,000 should be more than enough to tempt them into doing a deal, even if they see him as one for the future as they look to get themselves back on an upward curve after more recent struggles.

Head coach Darren Moore has long been on the hunt for a right back as fans will know, but whether or not this lad is an option, only time will tell.
