Moore Good News For Darren Ahead Of Leeds Clash

|

It was being reported yesterday that West Bromwich Albion head coach Darren Moore had received a triple injury boost ahead of Friday evening’s top of the table battle with Leeds United.

We make the trip to Elland Road later this evening to face off against Marcelo Bielsa’s third placed side, and with us sitting in fourth place four points off them, the winners of the clash will have an advantage when it comes to returning to the Premier League as the 2018/19 season heads towards a close.

Speaking to the Birmingham Mail yesterday as buildup continued, Moore explained his optimism when it came to including Ahmed Hegazi (ankle), Hal Robson-Kanu (side/hip) and Jacob Murphy (muscular strain) in the matchday squad.

All three players had now returned to training and a final decision was set to be taken on them following the last pre-match training session.

It looks likely that all three will at least become options on the substitutes bench barring anything last minute hiccups.
