On Sky

TONY Mowbray takes free-scoring West Bromwich Albion to Hull City hoping to see his team turn on the style again in front of the Sky television cameras at the KC Stadium.

Albion`s last three TV appearances have seen them score 13 times and concede only three, with 5-1 and 4-2 home wins over Queens Park Rangers and Charlton Athletic respectively and a 4-0 success at Coventry City.

The Baggies need to get back to winning ways following their 2-0 defeat at Ipswich Town on New Year`s Day and the 1-1 FA Cup draw at Charlton Athletic last week.

Boss Mowbray has no significant new injury worries to contend with, though he has the usual selection and formation quandaries.

Kevin Phillips, Roman Bednar and Paul Robinson all missed the game at The Valley last week and will probably all get a starting place if the manager decides to go with a 4-4-2 line-up.

Albion managed the double over Hull last term with a 2-0 victory at The Hawthorns and a 1-0 triumph on Humberside.

Vital Quotes:

BOSS Tony Mowbray is expecting a tough game at Hull. He told the club website: ‘They’re on a decent run.

‘Television will be a motivating factor for both sides. It heightens the adrenalin levels of the players and I’m looking forward to a good game.

‘Hopefully, we can reproduce the performances we have recently on TV.

‘We`ve put some decent performances in and we’ll be looking to do the same again.`

Hull will be back to full strength after resting a number of players in their 3-2 FA Cup defeat at Plymouth Argyle last week.
