Midfielder George Thorne has today completed the paperwork rubber stamping his move to Derby County.
After an interesting summer so far from the player, he has now got his wish to move away from the club, and whilst the fee is again undisclosed by Albion, it will now doubt have been a deal that suited us.
The 21 year old leaves us having made 17 appearances in total for the club.
Technical director Terry Burton told wba.co.uk.
‘George has made two transfer requests since returning for pre season training and has decided his future lies away from the club. Derby have now met our valuation for the player and given the circumstances we have agreed to the transfer.’
