Tamas suffered a knock whilst on international duty and it hasn’t cleared up and Tchoyi has remained in Cameroon after his wife fell ill.
Speaking to wba.co.uk Hodgson said of Tchoyi.
‘We contacted him yesterday and we’re trying to contact him today. It’s not easy on the language front, but all we can say is his wife is ill and it’s importantly he is with her.’
In other injury news, Mulumbu and Odemwingie are fine, and although James Morrison took a knock in training, it’s not expected he will miss the clash tomorrow.
