Following his disappointing first season at Albion, Markus Rosenberg has said he’s pleased to be training himself into some goalscoring form this season.

After grabbing his first against Tamworth, he grabbed his second of pre season against Hannover, and he told wba.co.uk.

‘It’s nice to start like this, especially with the season I had on my back last season. It’s good to have a pre season.’

Rosenberg says the reason he struggled last term was most likely due to not having a full pre season with the club, so when he did get a chance he was still playing catch up, so he’ll be delighted to be playing such a big part this time round and finding the net already.
