Ben Foster has hailed the impact of Gareth McAuley and Billy Jones since they joined the club on frees.
Speaking to wba.co.uk Foster said.
‘Gareth McAuley has been amazing. He’s come from the Championship and you don’t know how he’s going to deal with the step up, but he’s taken everything in his stride and he’s been absolutely fantastic for us this season. He’s been a real find and there aren’t many teams that can say they signed someone on a free transfer that has made the impact he has. For people like Billy Jones and Gareth McAuley to just come in and play the way they have is fantastic.’
