Marton Fulop has said he feels it’s time to leave England in search of first team football.

Speaking to Nemzeti Sport the Hungarian admitted he would most likely leave when his contract expires, despite their being the possibility that our new manager may still want him.

‘It’s been my worst season so I will surely leave. I have been in England eight years and I think it’s time for a change. My plan is to go to a team where I can be first choice, but at the moment I can’t say where I might go.’

Following his only league appearance for the Baggies against Arsenal, Fulop was refreshingly honest about his own performance.

‘I can be blamed for all three goals. I am aware of my ability and I think I made a mistake with the second goal too. My errors for the first and third goals were atrocious. I don’t want to look for excuses, it’s clear that I can be blamed for the defeat.’
