All the details for our two match trip to Sweden in pre season.
The team will hed out to Sweden for 8 days, and will face Malmo FF at the Swedbank Stadion on July 19. Kick off TBC.
We will also have a second match before returning for our domestic friendlies, but the details for the second game are still to be worked out. It will take place on either 23, 24, or 25 of July.
Speaking to wba.co.uk Sporting and Technical Director Dan Ashworth said of the decision to travel to Sweden.
‘Last year we travelled a long distance for pre season to the USA. The general consensus this year was to have less travelling. Sweden are in the middle of their season so the games will be very competitive and the training facilities fit the criteria we were looking for.’
