Monday night’s game will be screened live on Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 1 HD.
The programme covers the game from Selhurst Park where Crystal Palace are fighting for Championship survival and Albion are looking to carry on their promotion party winning ways.
Programme starts at 7.30pm and kick-off is at 8pm.
