The Baggies meanwhile where handed a promotion favour yesterday with Birmingham City winning the Midlands Derby 3-2 at Wolverhampton Wanderers. The result propelled City to top of the table and Derby County back into the Play-Off mire.

As for Wolverhampton however it put the Molineux club level points with the Baggies with the Hawthorns outfit with a superior goal difference.

Tony Mowbary will be without key defender Curtis Davis who is out with a broken metatarsal and Neil Clement is suspended.

Chris Perry is likley to be involved in the game if Sam Sodje fails to recover from illness, but Darren Carter is suspended.
