Albion are heading to America for the second time in four years for a training camp and two friendlies in our build up to our fifth successive season in the Premier League.
We head Stateside for an 11 day training camp between Thursday July 17 and Sunday 27, and will be based in Sacramento, California.
During our stay out there we will have two friendlies against USL Pro side Sacramento Republic, with the games take place at Bonney Field on Monday July 21 and Friday July 25. Both matches kick off at 7.30pm West Coast USA time.
Speaking to wba.co.uk Technical Director Terry Burton explained.
‘With another season of Premier League football to look forward to, this trip will provide Alan Irvine and his coaching team with a good platform to get his ideas across to the players. As always in pre season, there will be plenty of hard work to get the players in shape for the challenge ahead and with the weather over in the USA in July will also offer a good climate to train and play in.’
