The agent of Gabriel Tamas has claimed that his clients loan move to Lazio is almost complete.

‘We are in negotiations and Lazio like the lad very much, the only Italian club he’ll accept, apart from Milan, Inter and Juventus, is Lazio. The Biancocelesti remain our priority and we’ve been in talks with them for over a month.’
His agent adds the negotiations are at a very advanced stage and the only issue for Lazio’s management is Tamas’ behaviour, leading his agent to add ‘I can assure them Tamas is an exemplary professional.’
Talksport however have poured cold water on the move being close by saying that as a loan fee remains a sticking point between the clubs, Albion would in fact prefer to just sell the 27 year old and be done with it. They add a fee of around £3million would suffice for that purpose.
