Shane Long is now a doubt for the Norwich clash this weekend.
Our new signing suffered a calf injury whilst training on international duty and whilst the injury isn’t serious, and shouldn’t keep him sidelined for long, the Norwich game could come too quickly.
Speaking to wba.co.uk Hodgson said.
‘It’s too early to say, it’s a calf strain – not a pull or a damaged muscle. I think his chances are being put at 50/50. It depends on how quick a healer he is.’
