This is it… win or bust. The Championship Play-Off Final at Wembley is finally here, either West Bromwich Albion or Derby County will win the chance to play Premiership football next season.
Derby County Team News:
Derby County boss Billy Davies will go to Wembley Stadium with a full strengthen squad to that who beat Southampton over their two legged affair.
Canadian forward Paul Peschisolido (hamstring) who was part of the team that lost 3-0 to Wolverhampton Wanderers in the 2003 Play-Off Final and Danish midfielder Morton Bisgaard (ankle) both return from injury.
However Giles Barnes (knee) is still a doubt and might not play at the new National Stadium.

Albion Team News:
West Bromwich Albion are unsurprising favourites to return to the Premier League at the first time of asking but will attempt to do so without Curtis Davies who has not played for the Baggies since 14 March when he broke his metatarsal.
