Youngster James Hurst has joined Blackpool on a season long loan spell.
The 19 year old right back will join up with ever entertaining Ian Holloway for the rest of the season to improve his first team experience.
The loan is classed as a youth loan, and therefore the Baggies maintain a recall clause upon the expiry of 28 days of the loan.
