Cesar roams up the rankings
Slovenian defender makes massive leap
West Bromwich Albion`s Bostjan Cesar was the top scoring defender in this week`s Actim Index – the official player ratings system of the Coca-Cola Championship.
The Slovenia International moved up 49 places with his 36 points against Burnley – his highest score of the season so far – and is now 169th in the overall standings.
Kevin Phillips is still the Baggies` highest-ranked player averaging a league leading 22 points a game, and has 16 goals coming from 64 shots in total.
