Central defender Leon Barnett’s performance in the 2-1 victory over Leicester City on Saturday has earned him a place in the official Football League Championship Team of the Week.
Barnett played a key role at the heart of Albion`s makeshift defence.
The 21-year-old Barnett is the seventh Baggies player to feature in the selection, which highlights the 11 top performing players from weekend games.
He joins Kevin Phillips and Jonathan Greening, each nominated twice, Carl Hoefkens, Dean Kiely, Robert Koren and Paul Robinson, who have all featured in the selection so far this season.
