Roy Hodgson has apparently set his sights on Watford striker Danny Graham.

The Daily Mail are reporting that the Baggies will try and tempt Watford into parting company with the 25 year old for £2.5m.

Obviously Albion will be in the hunt for further striker options for the new season as we can’t hinge everything on Odemwingie again and the emerging Simon Cox, and Graham comes with a decent pedigree having scored 41 times in 98 games since joining Watford from Carlisle in 2009.

However, thanks to our Vital buddies over at Vital Watford the club have already turned down a £2.5m bid from QPR, and given I believe Roy Hodgson actually knows what he’s doing, I’ll go with wfc123’s second suggestion which is the Daily Mail are having a slow day!
