Head coach Tony Pulis has spoken of his delight at seeing West Bromwich Albion secure back to back victories following today’s win over former club Stoke City.
Having taken a one nil victory over Newcastle United in the last game of 2015, Albion opened 2016 with a victory at The Hawthorns over Mark Hughes side and whilst it was an evenly contested affair that saw the visitors take more possession, West Brom with more shots on and off target did more with the ball when they had it.
Opening the scoring through Stephane Sessegnon before Stoke levelled inside of the final ten minutes, former Manchester United centre half Jonny Evans won it in stoppage time.
A delighted Pulis told the media.
