West Brom are at The Hawthorns as the hosts to Bolton Wanderers for the maiden tie of the Championship 2018/19 season.

This will be a 3pm kick-off and head coach Darren Moore has placed his faith in the following starting eleven.

Following disappointment last season and eventual relegation, optimism under Moore is certainly high, especially given the players he’s brought in so far this summer. Not quite high profile in many ways, but it’s been a good mix of steady and reliable players added with a touch of youth and clear potential for the summer, so all we have to do now is hit the ground running.

Three points today will certainly keep that optimism going and we’ll just have to take it from there. Promotion at the first time of asking might be the aim but others have shown it’s not quite as easy to achieve that as it is to say it.

As long as the fight and determination that we saw at the end of last season continues, wherever we end up, I imagine fans will be far happier.
