West Brom Goalkeeper Set To Get His Transfer Wish

|

With Ben Foster refusing to go on West Bromwich Albion’s pre-season training camp abroad following reported interest from Watford, it’s now being suggested that he’ll get his wish when it comes to a final Premier League shot at Vicarage Road.

The 35-year-old had stated his happiness at the club and how he was settled in the area, but it appears his head was turned when the speculation surfaced and the club have moved incredibly quickly to offset any damage his change of heart could’ve had on the camp with Manchester United goalkeeper Sam Johnstone heading in through the doors as a permanent capture already this week.

Sky Sports were reporting the obvious yesterday – their ‘sources’ don’t understand, it’s simply a logical educated guess that we’ll now look to shift Foster on as soon as we can and for a price that works for us now.

If he doesn’t want to be here then we won’t pay his wages out of principle, will we.

Watford is now the go-to destination and I very much doubt it’ll be for earlier speculated £12-15million. Sky suggest a far more sensible £3million.

Get it done and get him gone.
