Over the weekend Sky Sports made a few more announcements about television games for the coming Championship 2018/19 campaign.
A date for your diary…#WBA https://t.co/aG9InbNeGP

With West Brom hard at work on the training pitches as we headed abroad for a training camp, the main news was two players – Craig Dawson and Ben Foster – apparently refusing to go with interest in them from other clubs, so whilst there is some sense of Deja Vu when it comes to off-pitch issues at the club once again almost anything the club release and confirm now has a tendency to attract those fans desperate for some clarity and some new arrivals as the big kick-off nears.
That certainly hit the announcement of West Brom being selected for TV once again.
We were due to head to the Riverside Stadium to face former head coach Tony Pulis on Saturday, August 25 but following Sky’s pick of the match, we now make the trip on the Friday evening – August 24 and the game kicks off at 7.45pm to accommodate the national armchair fans.
Ticket and travel arrangements will be announced by the club in due course, but it is the second time we’re live on the television in the opening month of the campaign with the match at the City Ground against Nottingham Forest on Tuesday, August 7 (7.45pm) already selected by the cameras.
What about a date for a new player?
