West Brom Academy Graduate Heads Back To League One For The Rest Of 2018/19

|

A short time ago this afternoon, West Bromwich Albion confirmed that Academy graduate Jack Fitzwater had returned to the Bescot Stadium and will now spend the remainder of the 2018/19 campaign out on loan with our local League One side.

The 21-year-old headed out across the City back in August and prior to his recall by head coach Darren Moore at the beginning of the New Year, he had made 25 appearances for the Saddlers.

With Moore taking a closer look at him and his ongoing development, he was an unused substitute for the Wigan Athletic and Brighton and Hove Albion FA Cup ties and also joined the first team squad on their recent warm weather training camp out in Dubai, the decision has been taken to get him back out for further game experience this year.

The centre-half should slot straight back into their plans you would think and they’ve certainly been pleased that an almost immediate return could be secured.
