The Hull City attacker has been hotly tipped with a move to the Baggies in the New Year, with The Atletic reporting that Slaven Bilic is looking at ways to reach the Tigers’ £20m asking price for Bowen, with Football Insider also claiming that the Albion are poised to launch a £15m bid for the 23-year-old.
