West Brom have approached Newcastle regarding a loan deal for Christian Atsu.
Bilić is keen to strengthen his attacking options following the recent slump in form.
The deal would see the 28-year-old join on loan for the rest of the season.

And an interesting late name has cropped up as Football Insider claim that Newcastle United winger Christian Atsu has emerged as a late target for Slaven Bilic, with West Brom also aiming to complete a move for Hull City attacker Kamil Grosicki.
Whilst the jury is still out as to if Grosicki would be a good signing for the Baggies, a few supporters on social media were categorically against the club signing Atsu, with the Premier League attacker yet to score for Newcastle this season despite making 22 appearances for the Magpies as stats from Transfermarkt show.
Here’s what a few West Brom fans had to say about the club’s pursuit of Atsu on Twitter…

Okay no, this one I cannot get behind. Grosicki I like, but every time I watch Atsu he looks like a rabbit in headlights whenever he gets the ball. No where near enough composure or quality decision making for me, just another Jacob Murphy. Avoid
