Roy Hodgson has said he is looking forward to returning to Fulham, but any old friendships will go out the window come the whistle.

Speaking to wba.co.uk ahead of the game Hodgson said it would be an emotional return for him, but he is looking for the lads to take all 3 points.

‘It will be my first return to Craven Cottage. It was a fantastic place to be and I had a wonderful two and a half years there. Everyone was so good to me, it will be an emotional return and a very tough game. We’ll have to be at our very best to get something out of the game – but that’s pretty much the statement I seem to be making every week. It would be nice if they played badly tonight, but I don’t expect it.’
