Bryan Robson is hoping his side can take a leaf out of Liverpool’s book this weekend as 17th placed Baggies take on the 3rd placed Reds at The Hawthorns.

Liverpool have impressed in recent weeks and started scoring freely after coming under fire for not scoring enough.

The strikers at Liverpool had come under threat for not scoring enough and have answered their critics with wins of 7-0 over Blues and 3-1 against Everton in their last two games.

Robson has been impressed by Liverpool and admits that all his side needs is for things to click into place.

Robson said, ‘I can’t ask anymore of my players at the moment.

‘They’re giving the club and the supporters everything.

‘I can’t ask them to work any harder than they have been.

‘They’ve put in some good performances and I don’t think the players have had their rewards of late.

‘We’ve been creating good chances in games and somewhere along the line they have to go in for you.

‘Hopefully our luck will change a little bit and we’ll get more breaks than we’re getting at the moment.

With Liverpool in such inspired form it will take an even bigger effort from our players this weekend but surely somewhere things have to change.

Albion have been boosted by the news that Steven Gerrard will be missing for Liverpool through suspension but Robson admits that the strength in depth of Liverpool will mean that he is replaced by quality.
