Report Claims West Brom Are Closing In On Talented West Ham Youngster

|

As Wednesday ticked by, West Bromwich Albion were strongly linked with a move for West Ham United’s England Under 20 international, Grady Diangana, but it was said we had stolen a march on both Derby County and Middlesbrough in the chase for him.

The Daily Mail were one of many outlets to cover the speculation about the 21-year-old and the right sided midfielder has made ten starts and eleven substitute showings (with a return of two goals) for his current side, and head coach Slaven Bilic will know him well from his time at the club.

The Mail stated that owing to Bilic we had moved into pole position in the chase for his signature on a season long loan spell and we were the closest to meeting West Ham’s terms.

Given how quickly the speculation seemed to build as the day went on, we can probably expect movement on this one as Thursday ticks by.
