Head coach Tony Pulis has confirmed that both Jonny Evans and Claudio Yacob come back into his thoughts for the weekend’s clash against West Ham.

Making the trip to the London Stadium this weekend for the latest Premier League action, Evans comes back into the gaffer’s thoughts having missed the last five games with a calf injury.

He last appeared in the victory over Hull City on January 2.

As for Yacob, he missed the game against Stoke City with suspected appendicitis but he was given the all clear earlier in the week and returned to training ahead of the maiden trip to West Ham’s new home.

Speaking to wba.co.uk as he met with the media for his pre game commitments, Pulis explained.

‘We`ve got Jonny and Yacob fit for the game against West Ham. We thought Claudio had appendicitis but luckily it wasn`t so he is back fit. Yacob has been outstanding for us this season. It`s massive to have both he and Jonny Evans back for this match. We certainly have a couple of decisions to make.’
