The Football Association have now announced the Match Day Officials that will take charge of the game against Peterborough United this Wednesday.

West Bromwich Albion travel to Peterborough United on Wednesday February 10 for the FA Cup Fourth Round replay at London Road and the match carries a 7.45pm kick off.

Referee: Michael Jones
Linesmen: Constantine Hatzidakis and Richard West
Fourth Official: Nicholas Kinseley

Match Day referee Jones (Chester) has officiated one West Brom game this season – one nil victory over Newcastle back on December 28. In that game he didn’t show a single card.

He has however already taken in 25 other matches so far in 2015-16 and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he has handed out a total of 86 yellow cards and one red card.

He was most card happy in the match between Crystal Palace and Bournemouth on February 2 with a total of seven yellow cards shown. Seven were also shown between Crystal Palace and Bournemouth on February 2. Leeds and Sheffield Wednesday on August 22 saw six yellows, as did Rotherham and Sheffield Wednesday and Crystal Palace and Manchester United in October and Charlton v Bristol City in February.

Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of our players edge closer to automatic bans.
