Following the speculation earlier this morning that Leicester City had decided to end Harvey Barnes’ time at West Bromwich Albion early, that has sadly now been confirmed by the club.
The England Under 21 international returns to his parent club with immediate effect and given his form for us this season as we ride high near the top of the Championship table, it’s obviously a massive blow for head coach Darren Moore as he was one of the key lynchpins in the side.
Wishing you nothing but success in the future, @harveybarnes97. ????????#WBA pic.twitter.com/B4xGizx2Mu

The young talent did his career no harm at all during the first half of the year at The Hawthorns and with nine goals and six assists in his 26 Championship matches, I doubt there’s a single fan who doesn’t wish we could’ve added him to our playing staff on a permanent basis.
The club rightly have thanked him for his efforts over the last few months and fans were quick to wish him the very best for the future as well.
So in other words Harvey Barnes will now sit on the bench for Leicester

Can the money we’ve saved from his wages go towards a statue?
