Johnstone, Rodriguez Or Was Somebody Else Your West Brom MotM

|

With West Bromwich Albion taking all three points from our trip to Carrow Road earlier today to face Norwich City, after what was a poor start to the game, the match ends with a couple of standout picks for West Brom’s potential Man of the Match.

Jay Rodriguez helped himself to a brace in the game, Harvey Barnes and Hal Robson-Kanu also got themselves on the scoresheet as we fought back from behind to take a 4-3 victory on the day but goalkeeper Sam Johnstone more than threw himself into the mix with his penalty stop from Jordan Rhodes.

Despite conceding three on the day, Johnstone edges it for me but it was a pretty tight decision amongst a few of the players. A number were below par and head coach Darren Moore will be wanting to see better from them moving forward, but having finished so strongly against Nottingham Forest in the previous game, at least we saw more signs of things clicking between the players in this one.

A first win of the year never does confidence any harm does it.
