If there’s one West Brom player this season that has been under constant scrutiny from supporters, it’s goalkeeper Sam Johnstone.
Just heard on BBC that Joe Hart is out of contract in the summer and still wants to play.
Would anyone take him at the Albion?#WBA

The Baggies number one has been at the centre for plenty of criticism from West Brom fans this campaign, with Johnstone being the culprit for a number of defensive errors for West Brom this season that has seen Slaven Bilic’s side drop some important points, which has led to Twitter user Bomber’s Boot making an interesting suggestion.
Does Sam Johnstone need replacing in the summer?
Yes
No
Burnley goalkeeper and former Manchester City and England number one Joe Hart is out of contract this summer, and with the 32-year-old shot-stopper mentioning on BBC Sport last night that he is open to continuing his playing career, the question was asked as to whether or not West Brom should take the ex-West Ham keeper.
With Hart being way out of form since his departure from City, a few West Brom fans on social media weren’t open to the idea of the keeper replacing Johnstone, and here is what some had to say on Twitter…
In a word NO! Was never that good in my opinion!

No. His career is taking a nose dive #wba

Over inflated wages, and he’s lost any edge he had, so it’s a no from me.

I’d rather pay £5m for a 36 year old Ben foster

Hart is yet to play a Premier League game for Burnley this season as stats from Transfermarkt show.
