West Ham want at least £20M for Grady Diangana if Albion wish to sign him permanently.
Alan Nixon reported that the Baggies were preparing a £10M bid on Wednesday for the highly-rated winger.
Grady is currently on loan until the end of the season.

According to The Birmingham Mail, the Baggies would have to offer Diangana’s parent club £20m if they want to sign the England youth international on a permanent basis, with the report stating that West Ham value the 21-year-old attacker highly and consider him a future first-team player.
