It was being reported yesterday that former Wolves midfielder Karl Henry was training with West Bromwich Albion as he looks for a new club.

Henry’s four year spell at Queens Park Rangers came to an end over the summer and he’s been a free agent ever since and the 34 has vast experience in the game spending time at Stoke City and skippering Wolves where he made over 250 appearances.

Being a free agent the fact the summer transfer window is closed is irrelevant as he can sign terms irrespective, but would Tony Pulis have an interest or are we just doing him a favour and helping him keep fit?

Sky Sports reported that he was training with us, but they stopped short of calling it a strict trial so it could just be Pulis helping out a former Stoke City player is the best guess I can come up with.
