West Bromwich Albion fans absolutely adore Filip Krovinovic, and it seems that the Croatian midfielder is one that the Baggies are looking into signing permanently when his loan spell ends in the summer, a move that would make many fans very pleased indeed.

That news has come directly from Joseph Masi of The Express and Star, and it’s certainly one that will make the days of many a fan, especially during these testing times during what is supposed to be a full lockdown of the UK.
The Croatian is a talented player and a very smooth midfield operator. His talents could well be more suited to the tempo and technical ability of the Premier League, but he’s still managed to cut it in the more robust landscape of the Championship, racking up 34 appearances this season (Transfermarkt).

I think he’ll flourish in the Prem where generally speaking he’ll have more time on the ball than in the champ

At £10M they should just do it

A cracking start to the day. Thank you Mr Masi.

He’s worth signing just to keep Pereira happy if nothing else. Their bond is evident, and if we hope to keep getting the best out of Matheus then signing his best mate can surely only help our cause. The fact Krovi is actually a really tidy player is an added bonus too

£10m – well, perhaps in staggered payments dependant on appearances etc. But at 24, he can only improve.

He’ll have retired by the time the footy resumes

The fans all clearly love Krovinovic and will be delighted to see him stay beyond this summer.
