Earlier this week West Bromwich Albion youngster Morgan Rogers took quite a few headlines following his strike for our Under 18 side as we faced Lincoln City in the FA Youth Cup.
Tuesday evening saw us book our place in the fourth round with a pretty comprehensive 5-1 win at The Hawthorns.
WBA:
Griffiths, Gardner-Hickman, Ferguson, Sharpe (Delaney 14), Harmon (Asomugha 86), Taylor, Brown, Azaz, Rogers, Soule, Tulloch (Barry 80).
Substitutes:
Cann, King.
Goals on the day came from a Jamie Soule brace, a Finn Azaz brace and Rogers himself, but his strike was the one that caught the attention of fans on social media as they followed the action.
A brilliant Morgan Rogers effort to go with a great Under-18s performance 👌🏼

The lad has a long way to go in his development and we’ve seen promising talents not make it at the club before, but go on to shine for others, but maybe a name worth keeping an eye on.
That's a casual finish by premier league standards ???? Got to be the most casual baggies goal since @dwightgayle's first against stoke? ????
