The winter transfer window is likely to see a flurry of activity from Championship sides, and it could be a make-or-break period for West Brom.
Imagine Slaven Bilic can bring in one player in January, who would we pick?#WBA pic.twitter.com/zaY0MxoIyi

With the Baggies linked with the likes of Jarrod Bowen as reported by 90min, there is some excitement amongst West Brom fans that there could be a major signing in the January window from Slaven Bilic’s side, and an interesting question has been proposed to supporters.
Would Bowen be a good a signing?
Yes
No
Twitter account Baggies HQ has asked West Brom fans who would they want to sign in the January transfer window if they could only realistically sign one player, who would that name be, and as you would expect from Albion supporters on social media, the suggestions ranged from fairly reasonable to the down-right ridiculous.
Here’s what West Brom fans had to say about who they want in the January transfer window, with supporters coming up with names who could realistically join the club in the New Year…
I can’t believe I’m saying this, but forget Gayle. Get a young, hungry striker in. Integrate him in with our current squad ready for the Premier League. Someone like Ollie Watkins from Brentford

At the start of the season I’d have happily offloaded Livermore, Kanu, Jonstone and Bartley.
I didn’t know anything about Ajayi, Furlong, Diangana or Pereira and hadn’t considered Sawyers
So… im going to keep quiet and let Albion impress me again

Realistically I’d like to see Jarrod Bowen or Ollie Watkins— Kenneth Zohore… not. (@KinkyKenneth9) December 10, 2019

West Brom will be hoping they go into 2020 on top of the Championship table.
