West Bromwich Albion skipper Darren Fletcher lifted the Supporters’ Player of the Season trophy ahead of the final game of the 2015/16 Premier League campaign on Sunday against Liverpool.

With head coach Tony Pulis making no bones about the fact he felt Fletcher should win the award as he spoke to press ahead of kick off, he’ll have no doubt been delighted to see the fans vote the same way.

Wit the six trophies dished out ahead of the game, and handed out by legend Tony Bomber Brown, Fletcher obviously wasn’t the only one to be acknowledged for their performances this year.

Moving on from the Player of the Season award, the players themselves voted Jonny Evans as the Players’ Player of the Season winner.

Salomon Rondon took the top scorer prize as he finishes with ten for the campaign, having opened the scoring against Liverpool.

Goal of the Season went to Saido Berahino for his effort against Crystal Palace at The Hawthorns, and unsurprisingly given his recent introduction, Jonathan Leko, took the Young Player of the Season gong.

Academy Player of the Season went to Sam Field, and he of course made his first team debut in the game.
