Graham Dorrans is hoping he impressed Roy Hodgson on his first league start of the campaign against Norwich, as he’d be delighted to keep his place against Swansea.

Speaking to wba.co.uk Dorrans said.

‘I haven’t had many minutes this season but hopefully I’ve got myself back fit and I can stay in the side. I don’t think I’ve done myself any harm.’

He might not have sparkled in the way we expect him to but it’ll take time to get that confidence back and find that form again, so I agree, he certainly didn’t do himself any harm although I’d expect Roy to stick with Brunt but involve Dorrans slowly by regular sub appearances over the coming games.
