Baggies Word On The Tweet

‘Can sleep easy’, ‘So happy with how that’s turned out’ – These West Brom fans loved late transfer twist

|

Yesterday’s transfer deadline day was an interesting one. West Brom fans ended the day delighted with how it went down. They managed to sign both Lee Peltier and Kamil Grosicki, whilst also holding onto Chris Brunt despite late interest from Stoke City.

Whilst the signings of Grosicki and Peltier will be what the fans will be more excited about when it comes to their chances of promotion, keeping hold of Brunt has gone a very long way with the fans, who really did not want to see the 35-year-old leave the club.

The only drawback seems to be that the Baggies may have missed out on Watford’s Domingos Quina because of the fact they kept hold of Brunt, but the fans have got no problem with that whatsoever, and are just delighted to still have their fan favourite.

The Baggies are delighted to have Brunt staying at The Hawthorns, and it’s hard to blame them given his history at the club.
