West Bromwich Albion have decided to delay the potential move of Szabolcs Huszti until the summer due to his level of fitness.

Speaking to wba.co.uk Roy Hodgson explained that as the player hadn’t had a competitive match for a number of months it was decided that a decision to delay the move was more in the clubs’ interests.

‘Szabolcs has gone back to St Peterburg. After speaking with him, we decided that, having not played for such a long time, it would take him a bit of time to get himself available for the first team, so we’ve decided to revisit it in the summer.’
