West Brom’s Premier League season continued with a one-nil defeat to Swansea at the Liberty Stadium on Boxing Day.

Swansea struggles, which saw them without a win in a couple of months or more, ended somewhat when Ki Sung-yueng following up (when Boaz Myhill lost the ball) to win it for the Swans, his goal in the opening 10-minutes won it for them.

These were the other results.

Saturday 26th December 2015
Stoke 2-0 Man Utd
Aston Villa 1-1 West Ham
Bournemouth 0-0 Crystal Palace
Chelsea 2-2 Watford
Liverpool 1-0 Leicester
Man City 4-1 Sunderland
Swansea 1-0 West Brom
Tottenham 3-0 Norwich
Newcastle 0-1 Everton
Southampton 4-0 Arsenal

Some ‘Christmas crackers’ weren’t there!

The pressure was pilled on Man United boss Louis van Gaal even more with another defeat, slumping to a two-nil defeat at Stoke with Norwich, victorious over United the weekend before it was back down to earth with a bump losing three-nil at Spurs!

Liverpool ended their own poor run with a win over Christmas Day leaders Leicester who, in something of a rarity failed to score in a one-nil defeat at Anfield.

Arsenal blew their chance to stamp their authority on a title challenge, following the win over Man City before this (who got back to winning ways thrashing Sunderland), when they were battered in a shocking four-nil defeat at the St Mary’s Stadium!
